Michelle C. Fiedler died on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 73. Beloved wife of the late Erich Joseph Fiedler for 24 years. Mother of Laura Bianchini (Peter) and Rebecca Berger. Daughter of the late Dr. Frank LeCourt and Ruth Lecourt. Sister of Suzette LaCour (Brian), Frank LeCourt (Darlene), Melanie Arnoldussen (John) and the late Jeanne M. Monzon (Luis). Sister-in-law of Margarete Fiedler. Grandmother of Eric G. Bianchini (Stephanie), Joshua M. Colgin (Emily), and Justin P. Colgin. Great grandmother of Adam E. Bianchini. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 42 years. She retired from River Oaks Hospital after many years of service. She enjoyed cooking, especially making divinity fudge, sharing recipes, crocheting, and beaded jewelry. She was known as Mom, Aunt Me, MeMe, MoMo, Maw Maw, and friend. She dedicated her life to the care of others and to her family. She was a selfless example to others and was admired by many. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 1307 Louisiana Avenue, New Orleans, LA, on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 1pm. In addition, a Memorial Visitation will be held at the church from 10am until 1pm. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
