That Marian A. Phillips and Robert W. Phillips be and they are hereby, awarded a full, final, and complete divorce of and from one another upon the grounds of irreconcilable differences, and the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing by and between the parties are hereby dissolved and held for naught.
That the maiden name of Marian A. Phillips be, and the same hereby is, restored unto her so that she shall henceforth and hereafter be known as Marian Ann Love. Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed this date 22 day of August, 2016.
